Gleamize provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content creation, branding, web development, and marketing strategy. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a signed proposal or service agreement for each client engagement.
All creative work, strategies, and materials produced by Gleamize remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables (designs, copy, code) transfers to the client. Our proprietary methodologies, templates, and frameworks remain the property of Gleamize.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding each other's business information, strategies, and proprietary data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
Gleamize will make every effort to achieve agreed-upon results, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes in digital marketing due to the nature of advertising platforms and market conditions. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the most recent 30-day period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding work completed before termination is billable. Any active advertising campaigns may be paused upon termination, and ad account access will be returned to the client within 5 business days.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.
